Buying vs Renting, the age old question

Many times I am approached with the question “should I rent or buy a home”.  I came across this fantastic document that weighs the pro’s and con’s of Buying vs Renting.  With interest rates being at or near historic lows (click to view current interest rates) now is one of the most affordable times to purchase a home, ever!

Before considering making an offer on a home you must get pre-qualified for a loan through a mortgage lender (see list of preferred mortgage lending partners).  Once you know how much buying power you have “pre-approval amount”, we can submit an offer on your dream home.

If you are still weighing the options to rent or buy, take a look at my Own vs Rent comparison document.  This will give you a detailed comparison and show you the difference and benefits of buying a home.
