Beverly Hills housewife, Lisa Vanderpump, (known as “Pinky” to close friends) is a favorite among the “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” fan club for not only her obsessive appreciation for the color pink, but also her under-the-radar wit, endearingly delivered with her British accent. Vanderpump has been married to her husband, Ken Todd, for 29 years (the longest marriage of the cast), whose fortune comes from the land of restaurateur-ing. The couple owns over 26 hot spot restaurants in the Los Angeles area. When they aren’t fine-dining, the millionaire couple enjoys family time at their French Chateau-style estate in the gated community of Beverly Park, located in the celebrity-packed suburb of Beverly Glen. Public records show the massive property (pictured above) became their humble abode in 2004, after handing over a hefty $14,000,140. As it turns out, the Vanderpump-Todd clan is ready to trade in their stake in Beverly Glen real estate for something a little bit smaller. With their current residence measuring in with over 15,000-sq ft on a 2+ acre lot in one of the most expensive Los Angeles areas, downsizing shouldn’t be too difficult.
They don’t appear to be in any hurry to pack up and move, though. The Real Estalker reports the elegant property isn’t necessarily for sale but listed off-market, with an asking price of $29,000,000. Mauricio Umansky, hubby of fellow Beverly Hills housewife, Kyle Richards, created an official property website with more information and glam photos of Vanderpump’s mansion. Included in the 15,000-sq ft home are 7 resort-style bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, two offices, an all-black billiards room, and a wine cellar with room for dining. The 2-acre estate also has an outdoor swimming pool, tennis court, and beautifully landscaped grounds with gardens and walking paths.
